8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information, proprietary data, trade secrets, and project-related information.

ARKCA Technologies will take commercially reasonable measures to protect confidential information shared by clients.

Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) may supersede this section where applicable.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, software tools, or external services.

ARKCA Technologies is not responsible for:

  • Third-party downtime

  • API limitations

  • External service disruptions

  • Policy changes by third parties

  • Third-party data breaches

  • Licensing restrictions imposed by vendors

Users remain subject to the terms and policies of such third-party providers.

10. Hosting, Domains & Cloud Services

Where applicable:

  • Domain registrations are subject to registry and registrar rules.

  • Hosting performance may depend on infrastructure providers.

  • Users are responsible for renewing domains and subscriptions unless managed under separate agreements.

  • ARKCA Technologies is not liable for losses resulting from expired domains, hosting failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.

11. SaaS & Software Usage

If you use any software, platform, SaaS product, or application developed or operated by ARKCA Technologies:

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software.

  • Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

  • We may suspend accounts violating these Terms.

12. Service Availability
